These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoinBeacon’s website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CoinBeacon is a market-monitoring and alerting tool. We watch public cryptocurrency market data and notify you when conditions you define are met.

CoinBeacon is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or financial adviser. We do not hold your funds, take custody of assets, place trades, or ask for withdrawal-enabled exchange API keys. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@coinbeacon.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service is currently offered free of charge while in beta. It is provided “as is”, may change, be interrupted, or have features added or removed, and may contain errors. Paid plans referenced on our pricing page are not yet active; when we introduce them, we will give you notice and you will not be charged without your agreement.

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls; access the Service through automated means beyond the provided interfaces; reverse engineer or resell the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the Service.

We work hard to deliver timely, accurate alerts, but we cannot guarantee that every alert will be delivered, delivered on time, or free from error. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and delivery depends on third-party systems (such as email providers or Discord) outside our control. Do not rely on the Service as your sole basis for any trading or financial decision.

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and risky. Any action you take based on information from the Service is your own decision and at your own risk. CoinBeacon is not responsible for any trading losses or other outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

The Service integrates with third parties such as exchanges and notification channels. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by CoinBeacon and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinBeacon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
