Crypto indicator alerts, without watching the chart.

Eleven of CoinBeacon's 19 alert types are indicators — RSI, Volume, EMA cross, MACD, Bollinger, Stoch RSI, OBV, ADX, VWAP, Wick and Market cap — each recomputed on every closed candle for the coin and timeframe you pick, and delivered in seconds.

The 11 indicator alerts, indexed.

Each one takes your own levels, lengths and candle interval on any coin — with a per-alert cooldown once it fires.

How it fires

Recomputed on every candle close.

Pick the coin, the indicator and the candle interval — from 1-minute to 4-hour bars. CoinBeacon recomputes the value the instant each candle closes and notifies you only when your exact condition is met.

  • Closed candles only. A mid-candle wobble that retraces before the close never fires — you get the signal a chartist would actually act on.
  • Your exact condition. RSI(14) above 70, a 50/200 EMA cross, MACD through its signal line, a close outside the Bollinger bands — levels and lengths are yours.
  • Cooldowns built in. Every alert carries a per-alert cooldown, so a choppy session pings you once and then stays quiet for the window you set.
  • Four delivery channels. Email, Telegram, Discord, or a JSON webhook straight into your own system — delivered in seconds.

Which indicator should you pick?

Quick guidance for all 11 indicators is available here without interrupting alert creation.

The builder the app opens, field for field. The values above are an example of what you would choose — nothing on this card is a market reading.

Four fields, one closed candle

How to set a crypto RSI alert — or any of the other ten.

  1. 01Pick the pair and the indicatorChoose any Binance spot or futures pair, then one of the 11 indicators — RSI, Stoch RSI, MACD, EMA cross, ADX, Bollinger Bands, VWAP, OBV, Volume, Wick or Market cap.
  2. 02Set your exact conditionLevels and lengths are yours to edit: RSI(14) below 30, a 50/200 EMA cross, MACD through its signal line, a close outside the Bollinger bands. The defaults match what most chartists run.
  3. 03Choose the timeframe and the channelCandle intervals from 1 minute to 4 hours, then where the notification lands — Telegram, Discord, email, or a JSON webhook into your own system.
  4. 04Save it and close the chartFrom then on the indicator is recomputed on CoinBeacon's servers at every candle close. It fires only when your condition prints on a closed bar — no repaint — and its cooldown keeps repeats quiet.

What traders run them on

RSI oversold entries, EMA golden crosses, and the squeeze before the move.

RSI oversold and overbought, unwatched

RSI(14) below 30 on the 1-hour or 4-hour for coins you'd buy into weakness, above 70 for the ones you'd trim. The ping arrives when the candle closes in the zone — then open the live chart to judge the bounce before you act — and check the Indicator Edge board first, to see whether RSI 30 has actually bounced on that coin before.

EMA golden and death crosses, your timeframe

A 50/200 cross means one thing on the 4-hour and another on the 5-minute. Pick the lengths and interval that match how you trade and get told at the close that prints the cross — or let the market scanner surface signals on coins you don't follow.

Bollinger squeeze, breakout on watch

Quiet ranges end loudly. Arm a Bollinger alert for a close outside the bands and pair it with a volume alert on the same pair — the breakout that has real participation behind it reaches you first, with the one that doesn't filtered out.

VWAP reclaims for intraday entries

Price closing back above the rolling VWAP is the intraday tell that buyers took control. Run the cross on 1-minute to 15-minute candles, and add wick detection to hear about the spikes that get rejected and snap straight back.

Indicator alerts — common questions

Which crypto indicator alerts does CoinBeacon support?
Eleven of CoinBeacon's 19 alert types are indicator alerts: RSI, Stochastic RSI, MACD, EMA cross, Bollinger Bands, ADX, OBV, VWAP, Volume, Wick and Market cap — each with your own levels, lengths and timeframe.
How do I get alerted when RSI is oversold?
Create an indicator alert, pick RSI, and set the condition to below 30 — or your own line — on the timeframe you trade, say the 1-hour. The moment a 1-hour candle closes with RSI(14) under 30, the message goes out to Telegram, Discord, email or your webhook. Mirror it above 70 for the overbought side.
When does an indicator alert fire — and can it repaint?
On the candle close, which is exactly why it can't repaint. CoinBeacon recomputes the indicator the instant each candle closes, so a mid-candle wobble that retraces never triggers it. A per-alert cooldown then keeps a choppy market from re-firing until the window you set has passed.
Which timeframes do indicator alerts support?
Candle intervals from 1 minute up to 4 hours. Scalpers run conditions on 1m and 5m bars, swing entries usually sit on 1h or 4h — and the same indicator can carry a separate alert on each timeframe, each firing independently at its own candle close.
Which exchange's data are the indicators computed on?
Binance spot and futures. Indicators are only as good as the candles behind them, so CoinBeacon computes every reading from Binance's OHLCV feed rather than a blend of venues — the value that fires your alert matches what the Binance chart shows.
Can I set an indicator alert on any coin?
Any Binance-listed pair, spot or futures — which covers most coins with enough volume for an indicator reading to mean anything. You also don't have to pick coins at all: the market scanner runs these conditions across the whole market and surfaces the extremes for you.
How do MACD and EMA-cross alerts work?
A MACD alert fires when the MACD line closes across its signal line or the zero line in the direction you chose. An EMA-cross alert fires when a faster average closes across a slower one — 50/200 for the classic golden or death cross, or any lengths you set.
Are indicator alerts free?
Yes. The free plan includes every alert type — up to 5 active alerts and 10 notifications per day — delivered to email, Telegram, Discord or a webhook. Sign in with Google and your first indicator alert is live in about a minute.
